Our pricing tiers reflect how long a stylist’s been with us and how much additional training they’ve done. It’s not about skill as everyone’s trained to the same standards. If you’re not sure who to pick, just reach out. We’ll help match you with someone whose schedule and pricing work for you.

For big changes – like going way lighter or darker, getting extensions, perms, or Brazilian Blowouts – a consultation is a great idea. A quick 15-30 minute consultation lets us look at your hair, talk through what you want, and let you know the plan. We’ll also give you pricing, timing, and maintenance info so you know what you’re getting into. The consultation fee gets applied to your service if you book within 30 days, so it’s not wasted money.

First time here? Come a little early so we can get you checked in, show you around, and let you fill out a quick new client form. Then we’ll sit down and actually talk about your hair. We want to hear what you’re hoping for, what’s been frustrating you, and what your routine looks like. We’ll explain how everything works, what your service will include, and how long it’ll take.

If one of our team is available, you’re welcome to walk in and wait. That said, we’d recommend booking ahead if you can, that way you get the stylist you want at a time that works for you. Depending on who’s available and what you need done, we can often fit you in same day if you call ahead.

We just ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule – it helps us offer that spot to someone else. Here’s how it works: first time you cancel late, we’ll give you a heads up about the policy. Second time, we’ll need a credit card on file for future bookings. Third time and after that, there’s a 50% cancellation fee. If you’re a repeat late-canceller or no-show, we might ask you to prepay for appointments.

Just give us a call so we know you’re on your way. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might have to count it as a cancellation, depending on the service you have booked, but if we can still fit you in, we absolutely will. This just helps us stay on schedule for everyone else who’s coming in that day.
