It depends on the stylist and what services you’re interested in. For some appointments, we may be able to get you in same day, so please do give us a call and we can find out if any of our team have availability. For others, you might need to book a week or two out. Give us a call or check our online booking to see what’s available.

We’re in Biltmore Plaza where the Safeway is, on the northwest corner of 32nd Street and Camelback. There’s a large parking lot with plenty of spaces, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a spot. If you want to plan ahead, speak to our team who can direct you to where you need to go ahead of your appointment.

Our pricing is tiered based on each stylist’s seniority and education level. You can find starting prices on our booking page. If you’re planning a major change or want specific pricing for your hair, we recommend booking a consultation so we can give you an accurate quote based on your hair type, length, and the techniques we’ll use.

It depends on the technique and how fast your hair grows. Traditional highlights usually need touch-ups every 6-8 weeks. Balayage can go 10-12 weeks or longer because it’s designed to grow out softly. Your colorist will give you a recommendation based on your specific color and technique.

All of our stylists go through a 12–24 month internal training program where they learn to analyze bone structure, hair type, skin tone, eye color, and lifestyle to recommend the right cut and color for each guest. Every service includes an in-depth consultation and is customized to you. Our tiered pricing reflects each stylist’s seniority and the amount of additional education they’ve completed with us – everyone’s trained to deliver exceptional results.

Yes, if we have availability, you’re welcome to wait for the next available stylist. That said, we recommend booking ahead so you can get the stylist and time that works best for you. If you give us a call on the day, rather than walking in, we may be able to fit you in depending on our stylists availability.

For major color changes (like going from dark to light or vice versa), extensions, perms, or smoothing treatments like Brazilian Blowout, we require a consultation first. This gives us a chance to assess your hair, talk through what’s realistic, and give you accurate timing and pricing. The consultation fee gets applied to your service if you book within 30 days.

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. First time, we’ll give you a friendly reminder. Second time, we’ll need a credit card on file for future bookings. Third time and after, there’s a 50% cancellation fee. If something comes up, just let us know as soon as you can—we get that life happens.
