To ensure a smooth, respectful experience for both our guests and our team, the following policies outline how appointments, cancellations, and scheduling are handled at Mane Attraction Salon.
We just ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule – it helps us offer that spot to someone else. Here’s how it works: first time you cancel late, we’ll give you a heads up about the policy. Second time, we’ll need a credit card on file for future bookings. Third time and after that, there’s a 50% cancellation fee. If you’re a repeat late-canceller or no-show, we might ask you to prepay for appointments.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might have to count it as a cancellation, depending on the service you have booked, but if we can still fit you in, we absolutely will. This just helps us stay on schedule for everyone else who’s coming in that day.
